The luxurious 6-bedroom villa, situated in the south of the Island ,in the area of Aleomandra, 80 meters from the sea front with magnificent views ,overlooking the Aegean in the direction of Naxos island, well protected by the strong northern winds.
The villa is modernly furnished and has a large swimming pool with overflow on its sea view side. There is also a pool house and a pergola with a dining table and a kitchenette. The villa consists of 6 bedrooms in total, 3 in the main house and 3 which are guesthouses pool adjacent. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The main house bedrooms (3) have air- condition, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet support. The pool adjacent bedrooms (3) also have air- condition and one of them has sofa that can open up to a double bed that can sleep one or two children. There are plenty of open spaces and verandas with pergolas and at the pool side there are umbrellas and deckchairs. There are 4 parking spaces.
The nearest beaches are Nammos, Ai-Yiannis, Glyfadi and Ornos beach. The distance from the town centre and airport is between 4 and 5 kilometers. This villa operates under the rules and regulations of Greek government with license number (ΑΜΑ): 1173K10001207501/27.8.2015
