The luxurious 4-bedroom Villa is situated in the south of the Island, in the area of Aleomandra, 80 meters from the sea front with magnificent views, overlooking the Aegean in the direction of Naxos island, well protected by the strong northern winds.
The villa is modernly furnished and has a large swimming pool and also a second smaller one designed for kids, with overflow on their sea view side. The Villa consists of 4 bedrooms in total, 3 in the main house and one guest house pool adjacent. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and aircondition. The villa has satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet support. It has large verandas and at the pool side there is an out-door living area with a very large sofa covered by a pergola. The villa has 2 parking spaces. The nearest beaches are Nammos, Ai-Yiannis , Glyfadi , and Ornos beach.
