The villa is only 10 minutes away by car from MYKONOS TOWN, but also offers a calm & relaxing environment by the blue mykonian sea that you are able to see both from the windows of the house and the terrace in full privacy. However, if you feel like staying in the Villa, you can spend the day in our beautiful terrace with the swimming pool and even have a barbecue using our facilities!

All bookings to be secured by the required deposit 40% at the time of booking
All accounts to be cleared 60 days prior arrival
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival
No Refund if the guest cancel after the 60 days before/after arrival
